Both of these units have a self-sharpen functionality that will not decrease its efficiency even for daily usage up to years.

Speed and Power

Both Philips Norelco 9700 and 9300 can be customized through its three-speed settings options depending on your preference if you would like it to be gentle, in a normal setting for a thorough shave or in a fast setting for a quick shave. It is powered by a Lithium-ion battery that stores energy efficiently. The Norelco 9300, when charged for about an hour, has a total of 50 minutes shaving time for an hour charging and about 5 minutes charging time one full shave. While the Norelco 9700 has about 60 minutes of shaving time for an hour charging with at least 5 minutes of power for one full shaving session.

Cleaning Tech

Both Philips Norelco 9700 vs 9300 are equipped with SmartClean System with a charging and cleaning dock in one device. The SmartClean System comes with an alcohol-free formula so as not to cause any irritations, especially for those who have sensitive skin. Both of these cleaning stations only require a push-button dock that cleans the shaver by removing the hair, gel, and foam that make use of a dual filtration system.

The SmartClean System for both of these shavers has four functionalities that disinfect, cleans, dries and charges the shaver. The Philips Norelco 9700 is known as an electric shaver that is also equipped with a facial cleanser because it has a SmartClick oil-control cleansing brush that removes the excess hair lubricants in the face.

Display
